Top 5 Feuds I Would Like To See In WWE

With WrestleMania creeping closer by the day, I’d like to take a look at the year following from it. Several new names have been placed on the main roster within the last few months, and the list of injured talent has to decrease eventually, so I’ve compiled a short list of potential feuds that I would love to see within the next year.

1. AJ Styles Vs Cesaro

AJ Styles has made a huge impact since his debut at the Royal Rumble, getting himself involved in some outstanding tag-team matches with Chris Jericho against The New Day and then feuding with Jericho when they failed the capture the tag-team championships. Styles has always been one of my favourite talents, his charisma and impressive move-set setting him aside from the majority of wrestlers wherever he performs, so the thought of him squaring off against Cesaro in the future definitely peaks my interest.

With the quality of Styles’ matches, it’s only a matter of time before he wins a championship, which I imagine will spawn a few other feuds before Cesaro gets a shot, however if I got the opportunity to see Styles and Cesaro fight it out over a championship… Any championship, I would call it a good night.

2. Seth Rollins Vs Triple H

It has been said, that Seth Rollins’ WWE World Heavyweight Championship reign was a huge let-down, given by just how excellent of a performer he is. Everyone knows Rollins can fend for himself in the ring, so I fail to see the point in having him only win a handful of matches without outside interference. Be that as it may, Rollins will be back and when he is, a lot of people are hoping for a feud between him and the man who hand-picked him over his Shield brothers. This would be brilliant, and, in my opinion, a lot better than Hunter’s current feud with Reigns. Rollins has a much better on-screen presence and tends to put on a more interesting match (not to mention he has never once attempted to use tater-tots as a joke).

3. Roman Reigns Vs Dean Ambrose Vs Seth Rollins

unnamed (2)
Rumor has it that the Shield triple-threat was originally planned for this upcoming Mania, however with Rollins picking up an injury at one of the house shows this had to be changed. Now, I think we can all agree that if this match isn’t booked for one of the major pay-per-views following Rollins’ return, then someone needs to lose their job because this match would almost be absolute perfection. The only issue I’d have with this match is that it would mean Roman Reigns delivering a few more god-awful promo’s, but take the bad with the good, we would also see some A-grade promo’s from both Seth and Dean, who I love watching both in and out of the ring.

4. Kevin Owens Vs AJ Styles

unnamed (3)
This feud was hinted at the very moment KO eliminated Styles from the Royal Rumble, and I know for sure that this feud would be killer! I mean what’s not too long? They’re both amazing in-ring and Kevin Owens is brilliant on the mic, plus his relationships with both Dean Ambrose and Sami Zayn have proven that Owens knows how to work a feud.

Earlier on I mentioned Styles winning a title and then going on to feud with Cesaro, so what would be brilliant is if Owens retains his IC title at WrestleMania and keeps it until he feuds with Styles; Styles wins the IC title, has some other brilliant feuds, and then enter Cesaro. A feud with Owens would be tremendous not only for ratings during the feud but for how WWE could build on this in the future!

5. Randy Orton Vs Tyler Breeze

unnamed
This feud may seem a little strange, however, I think that it could be something quite tremendous. Currently, Breeze is being treated unfairly and is putting everyone over no matter what match he’s in, apparently due to the fact that he had asked to leave an event early. This might be unfair management but that’s beside the point, the fact of the matter is that Breeze is a great talent and eventually needs to be given an opportunity to shine, and when he’s given this opportunity I think a feud with Orton would be great to showcase his abilities. I reckon this will work out for everyone as management will have all the time while Orton is injured to punish Breeze, and then once Orton is back, give him the push that I believe he deserves, and the audience gets to witness some potentially brilliant matches between two greatly charismatic performers.
